You have a full 30 days to evaluate your Go Power! products. If for any reason you're unsatisfied, return the product in new condition in original packaging, and you'll receive a no-hassle refund. You are responsible for shipment back to our warehouse. You will need to contact us to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization # (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused.
